Nando's Broadacres — Restaurant in Gauteng

I'm really disappointed with the service we received at this branch. I ordered through the app, and unfortunately, there was a missing item from my order. We promptly logged a query since we had paid in full for the meal.

Today, the manager called us, and I was taken aback by his rudeness. He seemed unwilling to provide any solution and lacked professionalism throughout the call. Instead of addressing the issue, he let his frustrations get the best of him. He mentioned that he didn’t have drivers available for delivery and suggested we reorder through the app, promising to add the missing item.

This was frustrating because the app assured us that the store would resolve the issue and already had our details. It was disheartening to see the manager make it more complicated rather than helping us fix what should have been a minor problem.

As regular customers at this Nando's, it’s disappointing to feel this way after such an experience. I don't think we'll be coming back after how the situation was handled.

Sorry guys you'll letting the standards of Nandos down big time. My partner and i are real Nandos' addicts and decided to try a new venue (Broadacres) 18.01.2020 apart from our usual outlet (Leaping Frog) which takes longer than usual for your order if seated might i add. Broadcres was quicker with food and the quality of the foods' freshness was simply amazing and crisp, this would have been perfect as we were craving the extra sauce btw they are stingy with sauce and i offered to pay extra. Our dinner was interrupted so badly by flies and our supper time had to be terminated sadly. Try getting someone's attention. You'll get tremendously angry for their lack of service as well as one of the till attendant's lack of urgency in our ordeal which i had to get up twice btw to get any sort of service for just a takeaway bag. I am unhappy about something about the food. The atmosphere is quiet, peaceful and not noisy. Even a large seating of people can enjoy the atmosphere. The service from the staff is excellent and super helpful. I always order a Hot Pot with spicy rice, Lemon & herb flavour and it usually comes with shredded cooked cabbage. This branch put less than a teaspoon of cabbage in their cooking. So disappointed with this. The churros and chocolate dip was a disappointment to. The pastry fell apart into crumbs to the slightest touch. I have never had this dessert before. I will never order it again. I am so unhappy about my favorite the Hot Pot!😭. I had a sad dine in experience. The very best dine in experience I had at a Nandos was at Cantebury Crossing...
