I would suggest NO ONE USES THIS! So it seems that you Drive- Thru is not working......
Placed order for at the Drive-Thru came to payment counter and found no one, continued on and got the receiving point where we waited about 25 min just to get to the window and they asked for our slip.. we told them that no one was at the payment counter and they took the order only then again and found that the Promotion for 1/4 Chicken, chips and drink for R63 is not correct on the slip as well its only a 1/4 Chicken with chips for R65.00. Waiting an additional 40min. Another customer thats in the Drive thru got out of his car to also come and complain at the window we are waiting at this happend with more of the customers in line... and got told they are very busy and that they are busy with the food. We ended up demanding our money back and having to travel to another type of take away service!!

Read moreIt seems if you place more than 1 order with different "flavours" they get totally confused and mess it up - Takeaways mostly have incorrect stickers on - taste does not match what we ordered. So ordering a few dishes for me and my family and then Nando's messing up the order does not do it for me. For a takeway you are very slow - Waited 40 minutes for 3 x Boujee bowl take aways (which were incorrectly labelled and incorrectly flavoured) I have also noticed portions differ with every order - but not too much though, just enough to notice. PATHETIC - not the 1st time it happen, probably not the last!! I just started liking Nandos, but I guess after the 3rd time ever being there, and all 3 times they messed up, I wont be returning. Reading all these negative remarks from customers, it seems you still cannot get your "chickens" in a row - still clucking up it seems. Read moreOrdered online, and got a message to come collect my order at 18:40. It's now been an hour and I don't have my order. The ladies who are packing the orders are either too busy or cannot work efficiently. I asked about my order and they asked me to wait. I have been waiting together with other customers and none of the staff have come yo us to even ask for our order numbers or to say how far they are with our orders, or if there is some sort of problem. This kind of service is really bad, so thanks but I wont be coming back to this branch. Turns out my order had been ready and laying on their counter all that time and none of them bothered to check.
