My Recent Order (Order #1907 and #1913)

Dear Neighbourhood Nando's Team,

I recently ordered a quarter chicken and chips with extra sauce (Order #1907 and #1913). However, to my disappointment, when I arrived at work, both orders were dry and lacked the extra sauce I had requested.

When I contacted the restaurant, I spoke to the manager, who did not introduce themselves and mentioned that they do not deliver and have no drivers. Unfortunately, their response was not remorseful or helpful in addressing my concern, which added to my dissatisfaction.

I would give it a zero, but I can’t so I give it one, BECAUSE the service is the bottom. Like a negative seven bottom. I ordered chicken for dinner that did not come. I called, and they told me they would deliver it the next day. Now tell me, does that make any sense to your mind? How do you tell somebody to eat their dinner the next day when everyone else in the family is eating at that moment. Like no effort was made to find a way to deliver the rest of my order. Second of all, for a place that specializes in chicken, it’s awfully over cooked and dry. I spent way too much money to be this disrespected and disappointed. Please do better. I sent you an email a week ago as per your message. Despite this, I still haven't received any response from you. This is the worst Nandos I have ever been. I have complained about their poor service previously and taken back the dry full chicken they gave me.

They did it again. I had requested that the full have extra sauce and paid for it. On collection, I asked the cashier who told me they had poured extra sauce. I get home and the chicken has is very dry. The worst meal was the hot pot. It was very dry, with no pulled chicken and the rice appeared to be out of date.

Funny enough, is the Nandos Ferndale always over deliver the best meal, without one making...
