The lady that help me to collect my food told me to move out off the way because they are still busy with my milkshake so I told her no because the last time I did it I almost waited 30 minutes for my food. So then she told me, but I am messing up their clocking mechan, so I told her sorry no, then she told me to get out of the way because the people behind me food is ready so I told her I will move out of the way but I am going to reverse back she started laughing and told me I am making her live difficult. So I moved 2 times out of the way so I got my milkshake before I got my food and when I asked her about my food she told me no we are now busy with it. Been a while as we had a bad experience a few months back. Today it seems we’re here again and I had to write to as it’s unacceptable really! Ordered a veggie pita, it was cold so the patty wasn’t cooked properly. Took it back and ordered some chips as well. Paid and got my order. Still wasn’t cooked. And the chips were stale and had ants all over the bottom Half. Which is very peculiar but I think this is absolutely disgusting and the manager there seems to feel that customer are lying to him, telling me it’s cooked and he watched them cook it for 5 minutes.
