We often order from Nando's in Parktown via UberEats. However, the service is inconsistent. Food is sometimes messily presented or cold on arrival. Tonight is the final straw though: A scheduled order took around 20 minutes to deliver because, only once the driver collected the order, were we told (via UberEats) that he was delivering another order on the way. "On the way" should mean in the same direction - NOT a 10-minute drive in the OPPOSITE direction! This is unacceptable!

My order number was 013 but after waiting in the store for over half an hr to get it prepared I was even more disappointed when I got home to find that they had messed it up. I ordered a full chicken whole lemon and herb with some sides but a mild chicken cut into 8 portions was packed in my order.
