Recently visited Nando's Southgate Value Mart and was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped in, the service was top-notch – attentive, prompt, and genuinely friendly. What really struck me was the sheer size of the place; it's the biggest Nando's I've seen, offering a spacious and welcoming atmosphere.

The menu was a delight for the taste buds – each meal I tried was flavorsome and cooked to perfection. As someone who appreciates inclusivity, I was pleased to see that they have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility, ensuring everyone can enjoy their dining experience without hassle.

This particular branch has been a disappointment for so many times. I use to live in Southgate & Naturena. I have also complained several times however no one bothers to improve this shop. On Saturday 24th Feb 2018, I bought a full chicken, rolls, peri wedges, magnum ice cream and lemonade freeze. I asked for the chicken to be cut in 4 and not the 8 tiny, dried out, burnt pieces I got. You talk and it is as if no one is ever listening. I was so disappointed when I got home with this meal, dished out for my family and to find none of us were enjoying the meal. They make it a point that when you order take away you are utterly and always disappointed and yet when you sit (which I've done twice) you get the freshest meal. This proves to me that this shop robs people of their hard earned money and have no shame. Having moved to mondeor recently, I naturally started ordering from nandos Southgate and I must say I have never had a pleasant experience with this particular nandos branch. Earlier today I ordered a festive special that comes with a full chicken, salad, 1,5l Coke zero and sides in this case I ordered four rolls, peri wedges salad and extra source. The order arrived on time from Mr D but missing the four rolls and extra sources. Of the staff that di come the chicken was stale and over cooked that it was on the verge of being charred. We ordered mild and instead got hot . We order peri wedges and instead got plain wedges. Upon trying to call nandos the phone just rings or says the number is invalid, Mr D on their part offered us a refund of 50 rands but this nandos experience has literally and physically left me with a bitter taste in my mouth( from the charred chicken) I will still buy nandos as it's my favorite but not from...
