I have ordered through Mr. Delivery whenever I felt for their waffles and sometimes their burger specials.
Their burgers are incredibly salty and after one bite I could not eat it so I wasted mine.
I've ordered waffles atleast over 10 times because it is always a cure for the sugar cravings. They always do not give enough ice cream for four waffles but I let me be. The last straw for me was a recent order where the ice cream was below halfway in the cup, had freezer burn on and tasted very watered down and sour. The waffle was burnt and cold also rubbery.
I reached out to them to get a call from Denzil who agreed based on my pictures it was jot acceptable or their standard and that someone from that store would call me they never did. On social media I was told to call the manager myself. After that message I was banned and blocked and cannot send them any messages on Facebook.
Until phoning their customer service and having this dealt with asking that I do not speak to Eugene as Eugene makes promises he cannot follow through. Promising customers replacement meals and when you take him on his offer he all of a sudden does not know who you are.
Eugene had called me calling me "Khalisha" which is no where near my name and I had asked to deal with someone else. He immediately reported back to Head Office in the notes that "the customer has declined and rejected a meet up to solve the problem" meantime our conversation never went past hello and can I speak to someone else?
I'm really shocked that through all my proof with pictures and discussions they would downplay a customers complaint so much so they gaslight you to the point of feeling stupid for them giving me burnt sour food.
I guess they do not want my business so I will not be supporting them again. Since this is the second incident that really broke the camels back as I've always overlooked the issues because I love their dessert...

I'm not interested in a call, or email details or anything, like I told your waitress when she asked for details .............. Just fix it for the other people that might come back - I'll stick to the ones that I know.
Bellairs centre needs a good spot but an experience like this just enforced why I avoided the place for a few years. All the restaurants that has been there closed because of poor service and quality

I take many of my field staff for lunches at Rocco's (this week alone was Boksburg and Silverlakes) and I actually have Regular visits to Boksburg, Silverlakes, Rivonia and Melrose Arch and alllllllll of them great meals out. It took an hour for us to get our burgers which were cold, the buns were very dry, the top bun is smaller than the bottom bun and our chilli cheese burger had no flavor. The burger was was over cooked and a huge amount of chilli was thrown on top of our filling instead of being melted with the cheese. The same thing was done to our chilli cheese chip. To say I am disappointed and disatisf would be an understatement. Whoever prepared our meals have no passion nor any respect for their work. Those burgers were disgusting and a utter waste of money.
