KFC Banbury — Restaurant in Gauteng

I am writing this review out of sheer frustration and utter disappointment following two separate, recent visits to this KFC in Bandbury. This is not an isolated incident; it represents a pattern of systemic failure in both service speed and order accuracy.

On two occasions now, I have experienced completely unacceptable wait times, clocking in at 20 minutes each time. For a purported "fast-food" restaurant, this wait is simply intolerable and clearly indicates serious inefficiencies in your kitchen and staffing procedures.

What makes the experience even worse is that after enduring the agonizingly long wait, the order I finally received was incorrect, instead of 2 dunked bucket for one's I instead got two zing wings in the bucket. Having a basic order wrong is frustrating enough, but having it happen after waiting one-third of an hour demonstrates a profound lack of attention to detail and competence from the team preparing and checking the meals.

I am not just mildly dissatisfied and disappointed ; I am genuinely tired of wasting my time and money on a service that consistently fails to deliver the most basic promises of fast food: speed and accuracy. I have been extremely patient, but two identical failures are more than enough. Management needs to immediately address these core issues. Really LOVED this KFC. The service was great. But today I had a really poor experience with the service provided. The card machines suddenly don't accept Samsung pay at the drive through and I was told to go in to pay. I go inside, still can't pay using the machine given by the stuff. I try the self service terminals and no success. I ultimately decided to do the order online. After succefuly completing the order online the stuff fails to check the orders that cake through. I wanted there forever and had to practically beg for attention from the staff. The one lady at the till seemed to be too engrossed in her conversation with the male customer and literally could not be bothered to assist despite having already spent such a long time there. The attitude by the stuff throughout the whole ideal was that of a disdain for the lady that was wasting their time.
