This restaurant is situated in the heart of a sub-urban area near the Virgin Active Gym . It is a favorite hangout for most food lovers & usual month end spolings.
The decor is a stunning rustic, wooden appealand modernity. Every table provides a clear view of the chef working in the kitchen. Diners without reservation are invited in & accommodated beautifully.
The menu offers a wide variety of delicious and mouthwatering starters and main courses that will appeal to youngsters and adults alike. I had a Chilli cheese bomb burger with a few additions of red chilli, guacamole & a side portion of chips. My friend tried the Buffalo styled wings (Spicy). They were all exquisite & was all followed by a Oreo G Shake, an absolute mouth watering milkshake with a twist of love & passion.
Everything we ate was fresh and delicious. The chefs use the high quality ingredients to produce dishes that are simply delightful. The restaurant also offers a wonderful drink & food menu. The food & drinks are abit pricey but are surely worth sampling.
In contrast, the service was of a high standard & the waiters seemed to be authentically engaged.
I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious and the atmosphere...
Read moreMy partner and I went out to grab a bite to eat. As we were sitting undecided we figured we order drinks in the meantime.
I ordered a beer on the tap Craft Beer and my partner a passion fruit and lemonade.
We waited close to 15min and everyone that came in before us was served. I raised my point and the manager seemed to not believe what went on. Left us to go investigate and came back to apologize.
I honestly would have understood if someone just came to explain that the will be a delay due to shortage of a certain drink. We probably would have changed to something else.
The manager then came back and offered to cover the delayed drinks.
After that I was not happy with the service and felt that he just wanted to shut us up. I ordered another round which I paid for and also tipped but I honestly don't see myself returning to that establishment.
The service was terrible every one was just minding their own business not looking after customers.
Probably the worst customer experience I have had at a RocoMamas.
I don't know what it will take to get me back there but as from today I will even travel further for a better experience if that's...
Read moreJust visited RocoMamas around 15h00 with my husband and daughter. We were served by a very sweet and friendly waiter. My daughter is 11 months old and took to her very quickly. Until it started getting alittle weird to a point where she kept taking my daughter away from our table without asking for permission or advising us on where she's taking our baby. I don't think she had bad intentions as she seemed very kind however, the manner in which she kept taking our daughter left us very stressed at the table. We didn't finish our food we ended up getting a takeaway and leaving because it just got that uncomfortable as we couldnt focus on eating. It is just the decent thing to do to ask for permission before picking up a baby and taking the baby away and to asking if its an appropriate time to take the baby as we were also trying to feed her a meal. I think staff should just be educated on how to go about it in a better way that makes the parents feel at ease as we really don't mind people being friendly with our baby she is just...
