Terrible, extremely terrible. I asked my husband on Saturday night, 2 days ago, to get me pizza from Andiccio Ferndale. He asked for avo and mushroom and was advised that those ingredients are finished, fine. He then asked the guy serving him what he would recommend as a good pizza. To cut the long story...the guy then said to one of the colleagues, in Zulu, "Give this idiot that pizza that we have back there that was declined by those other people. We don't have time for him, we tired." Thank goodness my husband clearly heard and understood this and told them so, only then did other colleagues try to intervene and told my husband to not worry about the offensive guy. This was too much and uncalled for so in the end my husband just left Andiccio and went elsewhere. I must say we were both very upset by this, in fact I am still upset. How do they treat a paying customer like this and why did the other people leave and not pay for "that pizza", it shows very bad service and disrespect for the same people who are meant to be your customers and help sustain the business. My husband and I are outgoing and would now and again buy from Andiccio Ferndale but never again. Such disrespect is appalling to say the least. PS I only ticked the one star because without a star comment will not post. I am giving this...

If you are looking for (need) a good cappuccino then this isnāt the place. Heck, if you even just respect coffee you should steer clear.
I think it has got to do with the fact that they donāt grind coffee beans for the espresso, but rather use what looks like a tea bag for the shot of espresso. That is right, they place a coffee bag in the portafilter to produce the shot.
Lastly, you pay R10 extra for a milk alternative. Most places that I frequent donāt charge for a milk alternative.
I ended having to pay R46 (plus tip) for a coffee bag based cappuccino and a milk alternative - hectic.
I would rather pay R37.50 at Seattle Coffee and get real coffee (from coffee beans) and my choice of a milk alternative at no extra cost. Lesson learned.
I must say that the staff...

We visited the Andiccio24 restaurant during the Covid Lockdown level 2. We were absolutely astonished at the level of protocols that we're taken & absolutely appreciated it.
We arrived at the restaurant at around 20:00pm due to load shedding & the luxury of watching a football match. We had placed orders & watched football while we waited. The food surprisingly came to us rather quickly & the drinks followed. We weren't rushed out the restaurant and were treated amazingly by the staff.
However, the food was a little bland but nothing you couldn't fix with a quick shake of salt & pepper.
I would definitely recommend this Andiccio & would rate it a 6/10 for food & a 10/10...
