Yes, there were toppings on the pizza, but it was still RAW there is no toasted evdience to showt it is cooked and when I ate it I nearly threw up. How can I spend R200 on food only to have to use the air fryer to make it edible? I am extremely disappointed. On 1 November, I placed an order for two large pizzas at around 17:42. One of the pizzas, the sweet chilli, was completely uncooked—it was pale, and the dough was terrible. To make matters worse, we specifically requested a thick base but received a thin one instead. I have no problem with the store or the pizza. We love Roman's, but we struggle with the online ordering every week. Mostly, we start the order, only to find out at the payment stage that the store's online ordering is down. The other few times the payment does not go through and we never receive the confirmation email/sms. The convenience of ordering online is fantastic, but would drive to order anytime, however if online ordering is advertised, it should be available, not hoping you are lucky enough that the online ordering...
