This is not the first time that your staff member by the name of Louisa has treated me poorly. On a previous occasion she insisted that I made the mistake when ordering when in actual fact SHE did not read the slip. Tonight she was extremely rude...I greated her and answered that I am fine but she insisted that I am supposed to ask her how she is...when I gave her my order number she insisted for my cell phone number and wasted time to look for our order until her collegue told her that it is an online order. This Louisa cannot work with customers...she is "cocky" and also wants to have the last say. Please have her trained on customer service again...customers do not need to be asked how we are...instead...good day, how can I assist. Poor poor poor service...

I am appalled and disgusted by the quality of food I received. I bought 2 large pizzas and 1 small one. All the pizzas had RAW DOUGH!!! I am fuming after that wait. I don't need to reflect on what the dangers of serving raw food in your establishment are because you should be well aware of it. I had 3 slices, and I started feeling sick, my boys are not dancing about either. The rest had to be thrown out because there was no way of consuming it. That's money down the drain and a health risk to myself, and my family. I'm now running the risk of contracting salmonella and food poisoning. At this point, I don't even care for the nonchalant attitudes your staff has. JUST COOK THE DAMN FOOD PROPERLY! I definitely won't be returning. Thanks for ruining my...

I went to pick up my order of 4 pizza pies today. Called and ordered. My order was ready. One of the ladies recognized me brought my order forward. All I wanted changed was from the box to paper bags. The old white man seemed really angry. He wanted to put it in plastic bags but I said use the brown paper bags instead. Under his breath he goes "Gees" while grinding his teeth. Correct me if I am wrong - It is cheaper for Romans to use paper bags vs card board box? Other staff seem really tense but very quiet. This experience leaves a bad taste. What happened to customer service with a smile? Will not support them again. BTW for our next stock take, pizzas was suggested...
