Roman's Pizza Mall @ R55 — Restaurant in Gauteng

Worst Roman's Experience ever. I called and ordered. When I got there, I had to stand in a queue (call & collect) but it was not used for call and collect. After waising about 5 minutes for a customer which was in the wrong queue to make up their mind, the guy at the counter called my number and I had to tell him 5 times that the number he just called was mine. Then I was told that I am in the wrong queue. Another lady was also waiting to pay and collect and was in the (so called) right queue and was also confused and moved to where I was. Then I found that the queue I was in is the only machine that is working in the place and all this happend while my pizza is sitting on an cold metal grid in the shop. No attempt to keep the pizza hot. Needless to say. When I got my pizza, the cheese was not even melted anymore. They will not...

I have an issue with the pizza pies made from this branch. I love pizza pies and I have ordered them from severel different branches around the city but because I live around this area, I've had to order from this store more than once and I'm always disappointed by their version of pizza pies. The pizza pies are are much thinner and drier compared to pizza pies in other branches of the same franchise. They use VERY LITTLE filling. When I order the same thing from any other place, their filling is adequate and the amount of cheese is satisfactory. But not from this place. I don't know who owns this establishment but the level of rubish service they offer here doesn't complement their food and really takes away one's appetite. After contemplating if i should go to McDonald's or Roman's and eventually decided to go to Romans and all i am left with is a regret for my decision, Last time i was here i experienced same poor service but i gave them a benefit of doubt since it seemed a bit busy but today i was alone. I think i will either try the Blue Valley one or actually just stick to McDonald's.
