Roman's Pizza New Redruth — Restaurant in Gauteng

I rate this store 1 star, due to the following I made a call and collect order, was told it will be ready in 35 min, when I got to outlet I was told to wait in a queue despite me having my order number for another 30 min, just to find out the Pizza is ice cold as it has been sitting on the rack for the 30 I had to wake in the queue, I suggest that you training for staff to understand the difference between walk in orders and call and collect orders, unfortunatly I will no longer support this franchise anymore due to the poor service...

I ordered the peri peri chicken and a hot one pizza. The hot one tastes horrible, the chicken peri. Peri has chicken on half of the pizza the other half has cheese and green peppers. That's all. I tried calling the store and held on for over 5mins. I normally order from the Alberton branch n am never disappointed with their food. I used uber eats this time for this order and I'm truly not impressed. It's like 1 throws away money and they don't care. Lol the peri peri chicken I ordered has BBQ...

ONE PROBLEM

When an order is confused, whether it is the staff or the customers fault, the cashier who handled the order must pay. People think this is normal because it is done everywhere, but IT IS ILLEGAL.

Other than that, it is always service with a smile, it is fast, efficient, clean, and the food is always piping hot. And I've only had an order get confused twice in 4 years, which is VERY good in my opinion since I go there all the time. One of the best romans pizzerias out there. If...
