Steers Drive Thru Alberton — Restaurant in Gauteng

After a very horrible experience many years ago , I've never set my foot near a Steers branch again.On the 5th Aug 2025 , we decided to try them out again.We went to the drive thru in Ring Road Voortrekker next to the Goldwagen... boy was I blown away! From the attendant who took our order to the person who served us, the service was impeccable. The food was delicious. The burgers were neatly stacked.The cheesy fries were perfection 👌 . Not just cheese sauce but actual melted cheese! It was scrumptious...we came back the next day. You should have a disclaimer that says beware you might come back...

Gave me totally the wrong order after waiting 20min in the drive thru. Placed my order online to save time and when I drove back to confront them about the situation the teller was very rude and couldn't admit her mistakes. I let her taste my salted caramel milkshake which was totally over salted or syruped. On top of that she had a very bad attitude and couldn't even apologize. Won't be seeing my business again and I'll be sure to let my friends know what a nice...

I have a 2 year old boy, and i asked to please put his ice cream cone in a cup.... as it is making a mess from melting.
