Roman's Pizza is a very popular in the area, being almost the only 'fast food' pizza outlet for some radius.

The branch is located on the Parkview Lifestyle Center property but is located externally from the paid boom parking section of the center.

As a result the parking area can become heavily congested during peak service times. This being taken into account I definitely reccomend making use of the 'call and collect' service as al alternative to a walk in order. The menu is available online. Please note however that there will most likely be a delay in your call being answered if the call is placed during peak times (staff answering the phones also serve customers in store). Allow 10 to 15 minutes after placing your phone order before you collect. Remember to factor in travel time. Orders can be collected at the main counter insider or at the external 'call and collect window'.

It's been quite some time since I ordered Romans because it's no longer up to standard.

However I decided to try again because my child asked me.

What a disappointment, I was just reminded why I don't support Roman's any more.

There was close to NOTHING cheese on. The crust was so dried out that our teeth was unable to bite through it.

The pizza was so thin it would make real Italian woodfire pizza feel ashamed.

Let me just say this you charge R212 for 2 pizza's that is only eatable where there is filling and not enough to feed a family of 4 because of how stingy you are with filling, cheese and pizza base and then you can't even eat you full on the crust because it's not edible.

We always by from pizza Hut and pay R220 for a 1 meter pizza with 3 flavours.

So disgusted that i tried you again when I know what value your competitors bring.

It's time for you to reevaluate your product and prices.

Do not waste your time ordering from Parkview Pretoria Romans the service is terrible. They make a mistake on and order and the client is the bad guy... why did you give me my order if you knew exactly what the fault was before I told you? I'll tell you why, you didn't want to explain to the "boss". Then you take your mood / attitude out on me when I simply mentiin to you that the order was wrong You and your kitchen made the mistake! If you don't want to work there or don't like the hours then rather don't work in fast food trade or with customers.
