Poor customer service i have experienced by the Dash team. No care in the world. Received my delivery with a missing item on Sunday around 9:45. I called the store immediately all they did is answer my calls , take my order number i dont know how many times, make me hold for 5 mins⦠if not promising to call me back in 5 mins which they never didā¦they even sent their rude delivery guy to communicate with me , who said missing item is my mistake. Called back the store and there was still nothing done. What is sad is i did that the whole day on Sunday ā¦. The front desk person was so helpful to transfer me the whole time to the Dash team up until she said she rather transfer me to the manager⦠around 16:00 and all he could say they can only help me tomorrow and i just requested for a refundā¦am still waiting. I wish woodlands can offer the Dash serviceā¦they have the best customer service..

Even since reaching 'National Lockdown Level 1', sinage of temporary/adjusted trading hours were taken down with only original pre-Lockdown hours being displayed. Note that these displayed hours are whenever not the stores actual trading hours. Disappointed that the management of one of the largest Woolworths Foods in the country can be so unorganized.
Furthermore, shelves in curtain sections of the fresh produce section are almost always half empty or completely empty, with restocking seemingly only taking place once a week.
Only two (2) of the five (5) so called 'Express' checkouts are usually manned with staff huddled around the Managers station. This results in it sometimes being quicker to use the 'Standard' chechout. It must however be noted thelat Staff manning the checkout points are always courteous, friendly and efficient.
I would recommend as an alternative the Woolworths Food in Serene Street. Management of this alternative is much better and shelves are...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreConfused with all the 5 star ratings. This is supposed to be a flagship Woolworths Foods Store, but the shelves are continuously anywhere between low on stock and empty. There is supposed to be wide variety, but with low stock levels youāre stuck with nearly no choice.
This is also not a once off thing, weāve decided to rather try different stores in the Woolworths chain as they are more reliable. The shelves are artificially made to look stocked where possible (packs of chips balanced in a line on the front edge of the shelf, empty space behind), or full of holes where it canāt be made to look good.
The snacks on offer is also terrible, bread and olive oil only, no balsamic; a small block of cheddar cheese only, nothing interesting.
The Woolworths Food flagship store in the Waterstone Centre in Somerset West is infinitely better, it always carries tonnes of stock and the snacks are way better, you can almost have a meal there. Pity we live in Pretoria and not...
