The worst Kauai - honestly. I gym at this virgin so I’ve had to order here plenty of times but I’m disappointed every. single. time. Their portions on the wraps are so thin and not made like all the other Kauai’s - I truly believe they don’t have the same memo as other places. Their almond porridge pot also comes in different sizes on different days. The most consistent thing about this Kauai is how inconsistent it is. You never know what you’ll get, but most of the time, you’re disappointed. Really hope management pulls up their socks or changes cause it’s a disappointing experience every time. I ordered peanut butter bomb smoothie yesterday. I was soo disappointed ,the smoothie was full of crushed ice ,it was so watery,there’s no way there was banana and yoghurt in that smoothie. When that ice melted as I was driving home to Irene ,the smoothie was like water ,no thickness at all,from the beginning in fact it was not thick it was just ice. Good evening, my name is Diane Prinsloo, and I ordered a Princess Wrap and Ginger Shot from Kauai Moreleta (VA) in Parkview. The wrap was sealed and was fresh. The Ginger Shot was wrapped in gladwrap, which I thought was a good idea. Until I removed the gladwrap, there was no lid on the bottle. There was no label on the bottle and it was half full.
