We reside in Valhalla. There are 2 Steers branches close to us. Sutherland and Saxby however I prefer to drive further past these two Steers and go to the Mall@Reds Steers and here is why.
Everytime I order food for my family online when I get there it's ready and still hot. Fast service.
As you approach the front door of the store you can see they are grilling those amazing burgers as the grill smoke is hanging in the air and makes you hungry immediately.
The food is fantastic. If been to the other 2 branches however their Burgers was not as juice and fresh as the one's at Steers at Mall@Reds.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a fantastic vibe in the shop. One doesn't have to wait or ask can you please help or have one one person in front helping and 2 at the back they are always fully staffed from front area for orders and collection till the back of the kitchen. The Staff are brilliant.
Then also the manager is always at the front when I get there and it's at least once every two weeks if not more. He inspires his staff by creating a fun and vibrant environment.
So if you go to the Steers at Mall@Reds especially on Wednesday... You will notice the massive Q in the drive thru... It's not because the are slow it's because they are busy and why because customers like myself will drive past closer Steers stores only to drive further for the excellent service and quality of the food. You should be proud of yourself, your head office should be proud of you and to each and everyone in that store in that team because you are a powerhouse of a store for the above mentioned reasons. Read moreUnfortunately this branch is consistently not on par. Sometimes they will unnecessarily upsell an item by ringing up a large although you asked for a small. They also do not have a final check when you get your order. Tonight I got a single burger when I ordered and paid for a double burger. Most times they will miss the chips. They also completely disregard special requests. You end up hating the experience as it is always a question do you return or do you just leave it as you are already home.
