The person behind the counter has an absolutely appalling attitude, pays no attention to what the customer actually orders. We ordered 2 cola tonic drinks to have with our Sushi and she put in passion fruit and lemonade. Received one cola tonic mixed while the other was not, no problem with it however i have the sneaking suspicion she may have spat in the drink. Clearly she has a problem with me. Then we asked to have a sit in meal and she put our order as take away, we then proceeded to say we said it is a sit in meal and we received an eye roll followed by her arguing with us to say that we never said it is a sit in meal, then asking the sushi chef if it is alright for us to sit in. Why on earth would it even be a problem if we decided after we placed our order that we want to sit in? Maybe she was just too lazy to make the appropriate changes for her mistake. Food is great, however the person behind the counter today should either get reprimanded or replaced as they clearly don’t want to serve the customers of this wonderful restaurant. People like this give places such as this a bad reputation. Date is 23 December 2024 time is 2:51pm, unsure of the persons name. Would definitely order from here again from uber eats in order not to deal with such poor attitude. To top it off apparently the restaurant has no takeaway cups!?!?!!? When i asked the waiter she said that the customers come and finish their drinks here then leave. Which quiet frankly i find extremely hard to believe. I was forced to go to another restaurant and get a takeaway cup simply so i do not waste my drink. Absolutely...

Use to enjoy the food but as of recent the food is not up to standard. I usually order from Mr Delivery and the last few times I've ordered my fried dim sums have been soggy and cold as well as some have been burnt. The last time I ordered sushi it was all falling apart as well. Now I can understand that maybe it is the driver but when I track the driver it usually takes them about 5-10min to arrive and in that time it is not possible for the food to get that cold. Also the last time I ordered my food it came over 30min late and when I called to query with Mr Delivery I was told the driver is there so the only thing I can think of is my food was not ready (within 1hour 30min) and I only ordered steamed buns, dimsums and a sushi hand roll which upon arrival were cold and falling apart.

In short I'm extremely dissapointed and hope for this problem to be resolved, because this use to be my favourite Asian food place but recently only been dissapointed.

I've ordered from kung fu kitchen a few times before and I always had good experiences with their sushi. I absolutely love the smoked salmon sushi however this time around I opted to Uber eats myself chicken chow faan because I only eat chicken and fish so I requested and my food came and from the receipt, I recieved chicken chow faan but to my surprise the meat definitely was not chicken. I was quite disappointed as I was really eager for the meal but I couldn't enjoy it as I wished, I had to dig the meat out and eat the plain chow faan. I presume the order wasn't checked if it was indeed chicken chow faan going out. I think its a good tip for them to ensure that the correct food is going out because had I been allergic to it or if I didn't eat meat because of religious reasons it would...
