I mUst say its amazing how you guys go from 1/2 reviews a week to 5 reviews in a day , and all towards one specific manager .. ANDREW

Guys im not stupid if yourll cant take criticism for bad service please dont get people to rig the reviews its really obvious .

When we asked him what is this on the burger , is it cheese ? Because the menu says hogshead cheese burger with cheese sauce and melted cheddar which you would expect to be a decent amount of cheese , but it was just two slices of cheese which didnt even look like cheese . And there was no cheese sauce nor melted cheddar. But His response to that question says it all "ok then what do you think it is ?? " so arrogantly.

All these reviews about good management is so shocking to me, especially about one specefic manager who was extremely arrogant and pridefull about the pathetic overpriced food, refering to that one night. Not even an apology for our experience, BRAVO! I really saw the worst management skills ever. I have never posted a bad review for any restaurant before but I actually took my time to write this one because it was that bad. Customer is not even treated with some respect and common courtesy yet we spent a lot of money.

And its also surprising to see that the reviews says RESPONSE FROM OWNER , but its actually the AGM and GM that replies , you guys have responded to every review today except the bad reviews and suprisingly ignored this. It speaks volumes about their service.

And to whichever other people that are reading these reviews and think I have it out for this restaurant ,I really do not !!! And dont get me wrong its really a great restaurant with a good vibe and food , maybe the chefs was just lacking a tad bit but the response from andrew was just disgusting , you could have said, i m so sorry yourl felt that way can I do anything or provide you with anything else, that would have been enough on its own. have been there previous times before and it was the go to place in centurion but im so disappointed with the treatment we received.

Im not implicating anything but read all the good reviews for today , bit suspicious but thats just my opinion ...

Terrible experience

Waitress was amazing, quantity was quite decent portions.

But when we received the food it was absolutely bland with no flavor, burgers tasted like it was steamed then fried and we were really disappointed in the quality as we have eaten here before and it was always great.

So we asked for the manager and the waitress was kind enough and efficient to call him. But when the manager arrived (Andrew) , and I must say I have never felt this disrespected and offended like this before. He was insanely rude he refused to acknowledge our problems with the food, he said he never had a complaint all day with the food and it was only us, he says there's no way the burger could taste that way because it was grilled,, he then said if only two dishes were the problem he is GOING to remove it and said there's no use replacing them because if we have a problem with flavor the next dish will be the same for us, he did not even offer other meals for us to have he just grabbed the plates and walked off.

But on the good side another manager came through to rectify the situation and even he agreed that one of the meals were bland.and was quite understanding, unfortunately I didnt get a name but he was the white guy.

But I have never seen this level of customer service before where the customer is wrong. And so disrespected

On top of that I still had to pay the bill for meals that were not even quarter finished.

I want to be reimbursed and I plead to the owner to take action as I refuse to pay for that level of service, Food could have easily been dealt with but with that sort of management skills, it's giving a really bad name for this restaurant.

I've been to plenty of restaurants but it's the first time I've had such an experience.
