Steers Drive Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

Hi guys, This is the first time ive left a review on any food place, but this has to be said to warn others. We got 2 sets wacky wednesday burgers, veggie and beef and a large chips. The veggie burger was the worst ive ever tasted. it was under cooked and soggy The beef burger was equally terrible just through how bland it was. We asked for extra spice and sauce when recieving our food and got 1 sachet of each. When we checked what spice and sauce they had originally packed with the food while sitting in the parking lot there wasnt any! Upon going to ask for more the lady, rather defensively, refused to give us any as we "hadnt ordered a large chips", which we had! And either way why a problem with asking for extra sauce when the burgers are so dry and we hadnt recieved any in the first place. Genuinely the worst steers ive ever been to hands down. Thoroughly...

Thot things wld be different this time around but boy was i wrong got my order with the cold drink missing to which the driver said he wasnt given the cold drink n he wld cme with it, n also he told me he had lost slip n he asked me how much i was supposed to pay..Paid him in full plus a tip...After waiting for more thN an hr wen i finally got the attention of the male manager on duty he had the audacity to tell me its my responsibility to know the name of the driver who brought my order and that he didnt know who came with it, he was so unprofesional and rude about the whole thing..Well the shelock holmes in me had ordered 4 powerades when the order came i took wat was mine and returned the rest. Mr Manager or whatever he calls himself needs to be taken for customer...

By far the absolute worst steers I have ever eaten in my life. The staff are definitely not following the preparation methods of the franchise. I had a mega king steer burger. My burger patties tasted like cardboard and were dry and flavorless, the bun wasn't fresh, my chips looked old and were not salted, they were hard and falvourless, my girlfriend had the mega rib burger and the rib patty looked amd tasted like it had been noiled amd not even grilled with no saucing and a very iffy texture. My bar one milkshake had the consistency of water and tasted more like a poorly made glass of milk with not enough nesquick inside it. I definitely will not be back and I would suggest that this store is audited by the franchise. 0 out of 10, I didn't know food could be prepared...
