Steers Drive Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

This is the second time this has happened… The first time I went in to get dinner , I was told to please sanitise my hands (which I have no issue doing) but I was the only one told out of a bunch of people just walking in not sanitising their hands. I let it go and left. Today I went in to get something to eat and was then told to sanitise as we walked in but a lady walked in right behind and did not sanitise and was not asked to sanitise but when I asked why I was told she’s collecting so doesn’t need to sanitise. I do not see the difference between collection and ordering where we need to not sanitise or sanitise. It feels extremely rude and almost embarrassing that I am told to out of a bunch of people not doing it. Do I look dirty or something? If you have a big policy on sanitising then have someone dedicated to making sure everyone is and not when they feel like making sure it’s done. I have no issue sanitising as covid is still here but for me to be told and others right behind me not to do so is disgusting. I did cancel my order and will not be supporting this steers / fishaways...

Extremely Disappointed by the service that I received from this store. Ordered online for delivery and waited 1st for 50 mins before I was told that the driver could not find my address. However I was told that due to the food being cold and because of the long wait they will remake my order. Waited for another hour only to be told that there is no drivers to bring my food. So after the 2 hour wait I told them to cancel my order. I then ordered from steers ormonde and received my order within 15 minutes. However they did not cancel my order and sent out a delivery I told the driver that I had cancelled the order and ordered from steers ormonde To which I was sworn at

Tried the Get Real Cheese burgers. 2 doubles. Never have I had such overcooked and tasteless burgers. The patties were cooked to be flat discs, none of that Steers beef flavour. These mini patties were overcooked to oblivion. Remember I ordered 2 - and they were both equally as bad thinking the one might redeem the other. Only decent thing were the hand cut chips. It’s a pity that Southgate Mall Steers isn’t on the Steers app. Best Steers in the area by a mile. I’d caution against both Columbine branches.
