Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

I just want to say that the staff at wimpy South gate are Amazing 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉👑👑👑👑. from when you enter you are sanitised and your temperature is recorded .and you are asked what seat you looking for and you are then taken to your seat and a friendly waiter is then at your service ,you place your order ,I was literally impressed with how quickly the food is served and still warm and tastes amazing ,very delicious and healthy and fresh.do try the passion fruit lemonade 🥰😍. healthy but it's also yummy .The Rib and wings combo is what I had and my friend had the T-bone steak and chips with coke .we both enjoyed the meal and felt at home ☺️☺️☺️.I am definitely going to...

I could have said zero but there isn't an option for that , the service is the poorest I sat there for about 30min with no service at all , I'm in a hospitality sector so I never complain unnecessary, as I thought maybe I'm sitting the so long because they are short staffed imagine my surprise wen I walk out the staff is standing by the door chatting 🤔 with no care in the world, pathetic. No one says anything what if I have eating already and leaving without paying 😮🤷no one cares . Is it because I'm on my way to the gym and wearing track pants? I don't look like I'm gonna tip so no one will serve me ? Well I will not be going back the anytime soon...

I was so so so disappointed with Wimpy South gate. We ordered our hot beverages. They took a while to come. My cup was dirty, I tried to ignore it but couldn't. I couldn't even put my lips on the cup. I called the waiter and she took the cup back. She brought yet another dirty cup back, but shame I don't think it was her fault. It looks like they store the cups upside down in a dirty cupboard.
