This doesn't even deserve 1 star honestly.... I have complained on numerous occasions about the terrible customer service at this store.... They always seem not in the mood to work and render services with a smile on their face... I was treated with the utmost disrespect from 'BRIDGET AND CONFIDENCE ' these ladies need to learn how to do their jobs properly they tend to even talk about customers in Zulu thinking some of us wouldn't understand however I managed to understand them. This is absolutely unacceptable!!!! Please put people behind your counter who love interacting with customers and will render excellent services not people who don't seem to want to work!!!! I thought getting takeout on a weeknight would save me time and allow for a quick meal at home, but that was not the case at this Steers. It took them an entire hour to prepare two Wacky Wednesday specials—just four burgers! I mean, it's just four buns, four patties, some sauce, lettuce, and pickles. Honestly, I could cook chicken and rice at home in less than an hour. The long wait for such a simple meal was unacceptable. I understand that they were busy, but they should anticipate the demand on Wednesdays and prep accordingly so that customers don't have to wait so long...

Like all Steers, the food is amazing. A chocolate milkshake is a staple for me as well. The only complaint I have is that the wait is quite long. Granted, I usually only go to the Bedford Steers during lunch time on a weekday so I don't know if the wait is as long on, say, a Friday or Saturday evening. Maybe there is limited staff during off peak hours than busier times on a weekend. But all in all, the staff is friendly and the food is as good as you'd expect from any...
