Steers — Restaurant in Gauteng

This Steers will not make it if somebody doesn’t intervene.

I wasn’t acknowledged until I had to ask if they’re still open because nobody was at the til and they were wiping the floors and packing up at 7:30pm, I was confused.

I checked my order before I left and it wasn’t what I ordered and paid for. I ordered two bacon and cheese burger and they prepared two cheese burgers. I told them that it wasn’t what I ordered, and I showed the lady my receipt. She asked the man in the kitchen to prepare the correct burgers, and he said they have ran out of bacon😂…

I feel as though that was something they should have mentioned to me before I paid. I had to eat something I didn’t order to avoid the inconvenience of asking for a refund.

With proper training and respect for somebody’s business that steers would be one of the best because it’s neat, the preparation is quick and efficient. I’m just disappointed that they treat customers as though they’re doing...

Im highly dissapointed with the service i got today..... I've called to place an order fr collection at 20:00 pm the lady i spoke to only asked for my contact details which i've provided.... Then asked me to collect before 20:30 as they will be closed by then... I adhered to their request...on my arrival at 20:25 dts when i got told dt derz no order number and they couldnt make the order fr me bcoz the kitchen had already closed...... I mean what kind of service was that....i even spoke to their manager then she also refused to make the order for me this is really bad i mran what was the need to oerder over the...

Ordered from Uber eats from Parkview steers in Pretoria. Packaging was sealed properly so no issues with uber, while eating the burger I bit something hard! Turned out to be a SMALL PIECE OF METAL. Contacted customer care and waiting for feedback. This could have caused be serious health problems if swallowed. I hope this was the only one and I didn't swallow any,.
