Sat upstairs to enjoy their comedy show, ordered their prawn dish and some cocktails. The service by our waitress was good, however the food wasn't. I sent back half my serving after struggling through the first half, the prawns were unevenly cooked, some were simply mush due to being grilled straight from frozen, others were tasteless. The manager came to apologise and asked if a new batch could be made for me. I agreed but asked that they be packed in a take-away. When I got home and opened the take-away, the very prawns I had sent back had been packed, I know this because I had picked at them before sending them back, and it was obvious that I had the same picked at prawns. Its a pity that such a nice establishment that has the word luxury above its doors has left such a horrible taste in my mouth. My partner's chicken was also inconsistently cooked, with parts being dry and overcooked, its saving grace was the tasty spice rub on it which is why he did not send his back. The chef definitely...

We came here for a Valentines dinner under the impression that it would be a luxury experience based on social media and the high prices. The food took over an hour to arrive. The taste was average for what you pay. The dessert we wanted was sold out and the dessert we got was not worth the price. Most tables around us complained about food and the long waiting times with many refusing to pay. To top it off, we were charged a 10% service fee only to find out this was not for our waitress but for the restaurant and we ended up paying an additional 10% just for her to get her tip....
