It is supposed to be 4.5 star review. The only reason why it is not 5 stars is because of the parking situation, it is truly a nightmare.

From the moment you step in, the rich scent of freshly brewed coffee envelops you, setting the perfect tone for a productive day. It is a really beautiful and cleanly designed store but that is where my positivity ends.

Ordered a Piccolo, got what resembled a Cappuccino - the cup even had a milk line drawn on it way under the level, barista saw my surprise and mentioned he was aware but did not offer to remake it. Treats are few and looked dry and unappealing. Seating is minimal and not functional for a group of more than 3 people.

I hope to try it again in a month or two to see if it has improved but for now, I can't see the hype, perhaps it is is just going through the typical...

Staff was not friendly or welcoming from the go. Guy didn’t even look at me when I greeted them. I asked if they do Paris hot chocolate. They guy looked up at me & very condescendingly asked with a screwed up facial expression “Paris”. I repeated my question and he just replied “we do hot chocolate” as he looked down at his phone or whatever he was busy with. I then placed my order for something else & he then started talking about me in vernac “which I slightly understand”.
