I bought 3 cappuccinos and by the time it cooled off slightly we found the coffee was made with spoilt milk. It was bad. Please check your milk.

There were no toasted sandwiches, a fly sitting on the plastic cutlery which I noticed after I paid.

Not very hygienic. Please do do better as I have recently started to come there to the BP...

Toasted cheese advertised/ promoted. Really wanted a toasted cheese. No toasted cheese available. Ordered cheese, egg, bacon even though I don't eat meat, I'll take the bacon off myself. About to pay, no cheese, egg and bacon only egg and bacon... All I wanted was...
