Wimpy — Restaurant in Gauteng

We went for a quick bite after shopping , as soon as we stood by the door something was off there where a couple of servers in the back but seemed no one wanted to seat us I walked towards the menu’s when someone finally came. She instantly took our drink orders and they arrived instantly we placed our order and the food arrived nice and quick as well ,did look as if everything was just kinda thrown on the plate but no matter it was good but buns where stale ! We then finished eating ,this is where everything just went wrong while waiting for anyone to come check up I decided to run back into the mall and ask my friend to pay and get a take away, about 15 min later I came back and found that no one helped her ? After asking she told me there where multiple servers at the check out counter and she raised her hand multiple times. They chose to ignore a customer and never checked up again after we received our food , I was angry paid and left .Paid 300 Rand for half my food and no service only good thing...

Worst food ever received from Wimpy.

1.packaging wasnt closed, was opened...how do I know during transport no one spat on my good.

all my chips were over cooked, a gross brown color, drenched in oil and stale.

i call wimpy woodlands on their landline 3 times it rings and no one can answer.

it took an hour to prepare 4 wimpy burgers , 2 of which are mini patties and chips my food arrived ice cold.

my one burger bun was soggy, but there was no sauce between patty and bun...wonder if someone spitted on it

the lettuce on all the burgers was going off....not fresh, its the only damn fresh thing you put on a burger and you cant even get that right.

I will never buy from Wimpy again and I will poorly rate you on google too.

I NEED YOU TO KNOW AS A CUSTOMER I THINK YOUR FOOD AND SERVICE WAS BEYOND PATHETIC...WHATEVER IS BELOW PATHETIC,...

By far the best Wimpy in SOUTH AFRICA… The level of efficiency is astonishing.

I sat down for a meal thrice already and I have never waited longer than ten minutes for my food to be ready. The food is tasty, they use fresh ingredients, not a fan of the ambiance but I’m there for the food anyway. The restaurant is so clean, super hygienic.

I place an order for take away and go buy something quickly at clicks and the moment I walk back the food is ready and it’s always cooked to perfection. The magic used in this Wimpy would save so many of it’s franchises.

I work from home and the spot is convenient for a quick lunch breaks because they’re that quick. Fifteen minutes would be an exaggeration.
