A very very disappointing experience. After months and months of planning for catering to be done for a group of 21 people for a week, the food was diabolical. A tasteless quiche, toast that was leathery, sandwiches with no butter, hamburgers so dry they needed to be washed down with a liquid, no sauce or anything to spruce them up and a long hair found in one of them. A Gem within a Gem. My Sunday lunch was Pork Belly , with mash, gravy, sweet carrots and peas. Good portion of food, Pork was so well cooked it melted in my mouth and such yummy crunchy pork crackling, the mash, sweet carrots and peas to die for!!! Bee was her delightful self and made the best ever flat whites. She is incredible. We ordered the Avo on toast and were so disappointed to receive avo out of a packet very thinly spread over plain normal bread for R60.00 It's avo season now and one expected a bit more than what was served.
