Went there on Wednesday for my birthday, because I remembered they serve their coffee in a super cute pottery cup and I prefer drinking 2 small coffees rather than one large one.
When we got there, I was told that they don’t use those cups anymore. (Only for cortados) I was very disappointed.
The friendly brunette at the counter (forgot to get her name) then said they can accommodate me but since the cup is too small for a cappuccino, I’d have to drink 2- which is PERFECT for me!
LOVE when people use initiative and do a little extra to try and make it special for a customer.

Read moreVisit Poco Loco for the first time and it was terrible. The manager was extremely condescending. I sat down waited to be served. She did not have the decency to come to our table to properly explain the ordering procedure (she was busy cleaning another table just saying that we need to order at the counter). TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. As for the other workers I do not know. Place look pretty decent. Even after conversing with her she still came across as condescending and had a prejudice mindset towards us.
