I cannot say enough great things about the staff here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. They were incredibly attentive, patient, and truly seemed to care about my needs.

What stood out the most was their willingness to help with even the smallest details, always going the extra mile to make sure I had everything I needed. Whether it was answering my questions, providing guidance, or just offering a friendly conversation, their professionalism and positive attitude made all the difference.

I was allocated a room that had signal problem with the TV. It was disappointing to hear that the hotel management were aware of this error and that they were waiting on the technician to attend to this matter. My concerns were, why then allocate such room to me if there was a pending logged call. Part of my presentation on the conference that i was attending in Wilderness was to be abreast with latest news so that i can respond to questions from the audience, unfortunately unavailability of fully functional TV limited my engagement with...

A home away from home. Very highly recommended. Stayed at some other more expensive accommodations and was very disappointed in their poor service for the high cost, but will always return to The George Lodge for its clean and comfortable amenities, friendly staff, affordability and lovely balcony rooms.
