It's not the first time I have stayed at Loerie Guest House. I like the place and the rooms very much. I do think though, like sooo many other guest houses, there is a huge gap between understanding what HALAAL means and that it opens doors for a wider variety of clientele if you can at least say 'we have a halaal friendly kitchen' which means practicing keeping a pan and pot/utensils for muslim guests. What would it really cost a guest house to keep a minimum stock of something like 'Rainbow Chicken/Anca Chicken' or any halaal certified breakfast kind of items (fish fingers etc). There is ALWAYS plenty of bacon/ham etc etc, whilst all i could eat were 2 eggs! Also, maybe an Honesty Bar would also do well, seeing that there is no water provided...
Read moreI recently attended a day course at Loerie Guest Lodge’s conference hall and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was more than enough parking available behind secure gates, which added peace of mind. The environment was quiet and professional—perfect for a focused conference or workshop.
There were no hawkers or distractions around, and the facilities were very well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, which isn’t always the case at venues like this. I’d highly recommend Loerie Guest Lodge to anyone looking for a reliable and well-run conference...

Wished for aircon tho, but hey not the end of the world. Liked the amenities... kettle, bridge and tv. FRESH BEDDING!!! Cant emphasize that enough!! Lovely pool, didnt swim tho... receptionist pointed us to the loveliest restuarant!! PONTO GRILL. Before check out, had an great breakfast, friendly staff prepared fresh food per your instructions.
