KFC Goodwood — Restaurant in Goodwood

On the Sunday the 28/03/21 I order kfc 9 pieces via Mr. Delivery @Goodwood kfc. I received my order and few pieces from it and left the rest in the refrigerator. On Monday morning I placed one piece of the kfc in my lunch box with salads to work. Got at work placed my lunch box in the refrigerator and during my lunch as I was sitting outside enjoying lunch with my colleagues. As I lift up the drumstick I saw something moving on it and I told my colleagues. We all looked very closely to a point of opening up the drumstick and there were small maggots crawling up and down the meat. My colleagues to video and also took a picture of the meat portion from KFC in Goodwood. I am so disgusted by the power service that KFC is giving its customers and clearly from the time the meat was being prepared it was already spoilt hence the are maggots and a bad smell. My nerves is still playing back on the ones that I ate the previous night and having a lot what if. This is food poisoning to its core as how do you serve us rotten food. I pay my money for the meal that I order and expecting to be served rubbish. I still have the proof of payment reflecting on my phone and the order itself. I need this matter to be dealt with urgently and inspectors should go to the KFC in Goodwood. Clearly the management and its stuff don't value the lives of others and are not passionate about their work. I need feedback regarding the matter. I don't want to give them any star as they don't deserve it with this kind of service. I do have a picture and a video that I would show to the authority that will be doing a flow up on this matter. 🤮🤮☹️☹️

I think some serious revamp is required here. On 21/02/2023, at around 21:00. I went to buy my favorite 3-piece of pap via the so-called drive-through. The lady said at the drive-through that the pap is finishing, okay fine then though it was said in a smug fashion which made me doubt her response. This was my first problem, the second problem is now I'm stuck in a supposed to be drive-through for a full 30min for absolutely nothing because there is no other way out of this line of cars waiting to be assisted on the second window to collect their orders. Can you imagine the frustration of waiting for absolutely nothing, half an hour with slow service and worse I'm not even waiting for service. I was already service bad smug by the pay point and all I need now was just to get out of here but there is no way out,I'm stuck. What an experience i had. From time to time I always experience bad service, and the main problem is that it's close to residence, it's convenient but i had to drive far out for better service and I get the best service in other KFC like in parow. I min the best cooked pap n also best service unlike this nonsense I always get here in Goodwood KFC. I don't know maybe I'm just...

Honestly, I'm not even sure if it worth complaining about. I mean, I'm not sure what I expected from this place - but anyway... The food here is as it will always be. Cheap food, for a cheap price. There's no arguing about that. It's the fact that this branch has proved to be one of the worst run branches in the whole of the western cape. Even though I live literally live a 10 minute walk from this place, I make sure to visit ones by either N1 city or Elsies River. There is always one nonchalant person at the til. One who has suddenly forgotten how to use their legs and arms; packing food items into bags. There are roughly two million people in the kitchen and yet to wait for one piece of chicken takes unbelievably long. And don't get me started on the countless occasions of "out of order" equipment! Tills that don't work, drive thru machines that don't work, ice cream machines that don't work. I get things need to be serviced and upgraded - but this place takes the certificate for mediocrity any day of the week. Thank...
