Worst kfc I've ever been at I hope that nobody comes here I won't ever recommend this kfc to anyone as the workers are not helpful and get angry when u talk to them. I went with my friends and we ordered the box cluc ft ducked they then charged us extra 12 rand for our drink as there machines are not working I think this is wrong as they have to make sure it works or detuct the price then of the coke I won't come here again are bring anyone not nice food also very cold and no sause and spice WON'T RECOMMEND!!!as I waited for my order I waited about 30mins for the order the workers saw that there is a long queue of people but they instead talk to each. When my friend collected his order he complained about the oreo crusher as it tasted like crushed ice and oreos over it it also had 2 normal sized ice blocks in it he then showed them and they started speaking to each other and laughed we then left the store and went to another as we got far more better service hope this place changes as it is no...

I recently place an order for my family from this store online payed everything done according to the app..30 min later no food ,received incoming call asking if I obtained any food I replied no, the person on the other line said will get back to uou. Another 30 min later...I phonevthe store and I asked what is happening the lady with the name lulu reply that they had to cancel the order cause there was 2 different drivers who came to the shop for the same order.. ...so they had to cancel the order and I have to wait 7-14days for my money refund.. fist of all I did not cancel any order,so why should I be the 1 who have to wait for refund money and by the way I'm still waiting for something I did not do. in this situation the store did at the time what is good for them and not what is best for the customer. And then the lady of the store did not even border to get back to me...

DO NOT COME HERE!

We there yesterday and ordered our meals on the in-store kiosk. The waiting time for EVERYONE waiting for food was at least 40 minutes, that's completely ridiculous for a "fast food" restaurant. Especially when you have hungry kids waiting for their food.

However our food took over an hour. I was standing at the collection point and it became clear that they had somehow "missed" our order as lots of people with later order numbers were getting their food. I tried to politely ask the staff about this a few times and they literally just ignored me. So incredibly rude. After a few polite requests I asked to see the manager. They still just ignored me. In the end I had to start to raise my voice as it was literally the only way I was ever going to get my food.
