Personalized Attention Matha struck the perfect balance between engaging with us and allowing us to enjoy our social gathering without interruption. Her focus on delivering exquisite dishes, such as grilled fish, creamy cheese prawns, baked potato, and crispy onion rings, was impressive.

Service has gone from bad to worse...They used to serve Prego pork steaks that were really well prepared and delicious..2nd time around, it was mediocre...We voiced our displeasure. This time, at a table for 2, my husband ordered a fillet steak...tasteless and chewy. I ordered a chicken schnitzel with an additional side dish of veggies(butternut and spinach). Utterly awful and inedible... I complained and the manager came rushing to apologise.I invited her to taste it and she said she would do so in the kitchen...saltless mush...no white sauce..seems like they simply warmed the contents straight out of the box and served it.. The managed failed to report back...in my mind ..she was done...she made a face presentation and that was it... The guacamole on top of the schnitzel was slimey, sicky and sour.It spoilt the whole schnitzel. The chips was refried old chips... The only thing were the onion rings that was good... Went off hungry...disappointed and finally put off from Key Largo spur.. Told my daughter...and her family will not go...

We took my parents to Spur to celebrate their birthday and it ended up being a disaster.... My daughter was bitten on her leg from under the table at Spur. While seated at the table she screamed that something had bitten her. Immediately the waiter came and said there was nothing he could do for her. We spoke to the manager and he said he is quite happy with the standard of cleanliness there. The bite swelled up and my daughter couldn't walk on the leg. She had to miss school this week and endure trauma of being in pain and then having an operation. An abscess formed and this had to be operated on. Spur please clean in future... Ensure that spiders etc are cleaned away... Spray Doom etc and when a customer asks for help try be more concerned. Prevent this from happening again to other guests as this will hamper us coming back in a hurry. I think the least you can. Is cover the Doctor's bills that we...
