This is clarification for a reply from you on a Review by verona ramsamy .My review is accurate and so is the information and well within my right to make .That is a LIE that you called that same night as I have your call log for Sunday when only one call was made to us @10:48 please post your call logs where you called that "same night " and ill reply with mine . I visited your branch on Saturday Evening , Your manager on the call which I made ! on Sunday @10 Am stated he checked the meat and said my husband is having an "allergic reaction". That was the only call made to me. Yes I did request a refund, who pays for something to make them sick ? You did not get back to us after promising to call again after 10:48 which was the last and only call to us . This is why this review was done...Please keep your refund ! i don't want a single cent back or be contacted because its about the principal, there are No Assumptions stated here purely our experience on the night. Are you medical practitioner to tell me when where and how my husbands body can react to food poisoning or not ? does he only show symptoms after 24 hrs or can it take up to 24hrs to show ? How can you prove that Particular Steak served to us was perfectly fine ? He has had many Aged Tomahawks he wouldn't order something he doesn't know about ,It was only after eating that specific meal that he got violently ill, a few hours later early parts of Sunday Morning.

Your restaurant has amazing service and friendly Accommodating staff food is usually good ,we frequently visit when we are at our 2nd home in the area . We want to get what we pay for Simple ! No matter how "small" the amount is to you. We spent over R400 pp with the bill totaling R1000 for 2 people. Don't class me with people who eat expensive things and then want a refund because i don't care about what I paid I care about me or someone else getting as sick as I was and i care about being treated properly...getting what i pay for ..And you say I wrote a review because i want R415 back and you said No , Fine way to speak to us...

My family and i of 4 went for dinner at Attikos this afternoon. We were welcomed by front desk staff and lead to our table. The waiter introduced himself and offered to take our drinks order. We asked him to return after a few minutes as we are deciding on cocktails and mocktails. He returned and took our order. We also ordered a starter. This was about 5 to 10 minutes before 16h00 hours. After finishing our starter and drinks he informed us that the cocktails and mocktails are now half price!! I asked him why didn't he inform us of a the special starting in 5 to 10 minutes before we ordered our first round. This would have saved us R150 on one round. I then asked him if he could change the first round to the special as we were unaware of this special starting soon. He replied with no. Our bill for 4 people was R1800!! I asked for a small amount of peri peri sauce to take home and enjoy with my leftover chicken. THEY CHARGED ME R50 for that little bit of sauce. I asked for the desert menu. After about 10 minutes i found the waiter outside talking to friends or colleagues with the menu in his hand. I instructed him to forget about bringing the menu because he has taken so long leaving us at the table. I asked him to bring the bill. I was shocked to see that my bill included a 10% tip for this waiter, that did not meet standard expectations. He could have told us they have a half price special starting in 10 min and also bring us the desert menu before going for a chat outside. He recieved a R164.55 tip. I feel with this system where the tip is automatically included in your bill the waiters have no enthusiasm in giving the dinners a good service. They don't have to earn their tip anymore.
