Roman's Pizza Ballito — Restaurant in KwaDukuza Local Municipality

Ordered pizza, with the option to bring to the car option. Received a sms saying to flash your lights when you get there, did that. Order placed 18h55, eventually got called in at 19h40 to fetch my Pizza. They do not take it to my car I was told. Lady asks me to pay, R158. I paid online. Getting my order and they did not remove chillies off the pizza. Please fix communication between web and store, if they do not offer services dont allow it on certain shops or advise staff of services offered! It is now 19h46 and I am still waiting for...

Hi guys I opted for a veg pitza here deep base , the onions were not cooked and tomatoes and was watery thus making the dough wet, did complain to staff who didn't understand what was wrong . I was then helped by a good manger who explained that the veg pitza has quiet a lot of toppings and the cashier should have advised me on getting a thin base when ordering pitza with more than few topings. He then offered to re do the veg pitza with thin base and it did turn up quite good 👍 so guys please ask the cashiers what pitza is ok to...

The pizza itself is too oily for my liking, no matter which one you order it comes with a thin layer of oil on the pizza. The location is okay, I do wish there was a specific allocated parking spot for pick up delivers since The circle is always busy during lunch hour. Nonetheless the pizza has a good taste when piping hot. Service is decent to say the least, no friendly smiles and always no reply even after you say “have a nice day” seems to me staff is either rude or not trained for face time face...
