When I placed my order the lady cook in the back by the kitchen rolled her eyes at me,didn't even hide it. Another customer pushed infront of me but the teller said she was serving me first because i was already in the middle of my order. They said it would take 20mins(that's normal for ribs)Then when I went to collect my food ,all the employees stood in a gang and gossiped about me. I think because they had masks on ,they thought I couldn't hear them. Anyways my order had been ready the entire time while I was standing there so I waited another approx.10mins before they 'considered' giving me my order.After collecting my order, the drink was missing so i went back and asked for it and they told me they didn't have it so then why didn't they say at the beginning when charging me? There's something seriously wrong with the employees ,so much eye rolling for no reason whatsoever. You just open your mouth to talk and they are already eye rolling. If they don't want to be at work, don't be there. The encounter made my family and I lose our appetite and our meals smelt rancid. More than R250 worth of food was dumped in the bin. If people can give you vile looks like that while making the food it shows their true intentions ,I rather not let my family get...
   Read moreTerrible. I just left there with 6 ice cold burgers, and 6 ice cold chips, worth over R500. Don't know if I would go there again, definitely NEVER for a big order, and NEVER If they busy. Guy in the back made our burgers, they put it on the stand. Then they made two of the packets of chips, that stood there too. My order number was 64, by the time order number 78 collected his, I enquired as to what the hold up was. The lady said she is waiting for the 4 packets of chips. BUT multiple people had collected their orders, that included chips!! So needless to say we left with ice cold food. When I got home the people were so disappointed that we almost took the whole shebang back and demanded a refund!! Question is, surely you finish one order, and then move to the next?????? They won't see...
