Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I was so disappointed with service delivery from Debonairs Westville mall I was at at meeting at the Westville civic library and wanted to just treat our members with pizza n cold drink I excused myself from the meeting to order two large pizza and a cold drink , toook forever to get the order sorted out . Did tell the staff member I am at a meeting can’t chat long , please deliver , gave her the address etc and this was 5 . I said please deliver at 5.30 pm When I saw no sign of order I called them n they they said it was for collect , I excused myself about 5 times from the meeting to check where pizza is I am out on hold for a long time . This happened about 3 times , eventually a friend begin to answe the phone , his was two mins away from the shopping center but after so many phone calls o my arrived around 6 pm. Some of the folks has left already , felt so disappointed . Pathetic service won’t order delivery...

Pathetic service Debonairs Pizza Westville Mall Ordered pizza from Debonairs Westville Mall via the app at 11.22am on 2 January 2024. Called them to follow up after an hour and manager said that the delivery just left. 40 minutes thereafter, still did not receive order. Called again 4 times and were put through to a line where the managers voice mail came on to say that he was not available and not surprising, the voicemail box was full. Called one last time and told the reception not to bother with the delivery and left my number for manager to call me with regard to the refund. Then the delivery guy called to say that he was at my gate but he was not. He never arrived. Manager never called. Pathetic service all round and reminded me why I had stopped...

So irritated with the service of this place. Ordered the on the double special through the app 1h15min and still no delivery try phoning the branch to follow up as maybe they are busy. Get through to a lady by the name of sinhlanhla as soon as i explain the situation the call just gets transfered. Phoned 3 times. In this time of our country where the economy is shocking and the restuarant business has taken a huge knock you would think business would up their service standards. Cleary debonairs does not care about service levels and i highly recommend that if your hungry and want atleast some decent service not to...
