I don't go to this store often, but when I do go in it is for coffee. Today I needed that jolt before the Friday morning meeting at 8.
After drop off at WGHS, I proceeded to the M&B...it was 7.24am.. .It wasn't that full...with only 3 people in front of me at the till. I ordered 2x large Cappuccino's, paid and waiting at a table away from the hustle..
I sat there waiting for my order to be called...eventually I got up and went to the till. Everyone before and after me had already gotten their order and left, it was now 7.45am.
The next order that was made was my exact order, but only it was for another gentleman...image my anger.
I left the M&B at 7.55am with my coffee in hand....with only 5 minutes to get home to get onto my PC for the 8am meeting....I stay in Sherwood!
This was not the first time this happened, this was just the one time where I will not keep quiet anymore.
I am a huge fan of Mugg & Bean...we love dining in the restaurants and getting the easy to go meals from the On The Move's....but I am sorry to say that I will not choose to use this one again, there is no system as to who gets their orders first, they always have a shortage of people working behind the till and coffee station, and they never give me my slip after I have made payment.
I did infact look for the manager/owners email address to forward this to, but there was none listed on the mugg and bean website.
My family and I will not be using your store...

I've also encouraged many friends and family members to use your store rather than using the one at Westville mall. The service I receive from one particular staff member is absolutely pathetic. It's much worse to receive such disgusting service at 6am or just before that everyday when she works that shift. I visited your store on the 2nd of May at 5 50-5 55am. Apart from looking at a sour face at the till point for a few minutes which felt like it was going to be such a difficult task to serve me I am told that every time I come to redeem my subscriptions on the app I will have to wait 10 minutes because of some changing of shift story. As I said I visit the store EVERDAY (Sunday to Sunday)at almost the same time and never have this problem. This only happens when a particular lady is working there. If you go back and check who worked that shift I'm sure you'll know who it is. For a few weeks I thought it was only me who has been having this dissatisfying service but after speaking to friends and family it has come to my attention that there are over a dozen people who I know personally that don't use your outlet because of service from staff like these. Read moreMy meal was fantastic. My partner and I had brunch on a Sunday and my food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the Rancheros breakfast and swapped out the beef sausage for caramelized onion (highly recommend if you don't eat beef) and it was great. A real 10/10.
However, my partner ordered the classic breakfast and swapped out the Macon for chicken strips. The strips were dry. The hash brown given to him was shrivelled and overcooked. He could not eat the strips and the chips were cold and rubbery. His food was overall an unpleasant experience.
It's really sad to note how we both had 2 very different experiences at the same time but consistency is important. I would go back for my breakfast but he definitely would not.
