Walking into KFC, the place is quite well composed and cleaned up so I was led to believe that I would have no trouble at all. I decided to order something and i was told that they did not have change. That is one of the most ridiculous things I had ever heard. A global fastfood chain did not have a cash float. What's worse is when I stepped out of the line and everyone else behind me was served and given their change. I stood there for about ten minutes to observe if someone else would be told that the store did not have change but it turned out I was the only one. This is not the first time that KFC, Davenport has told me that. I've also been struggling to tolerate another worker whose name I will not mention in this review because of the way she treats customers in general. Each time I have to deal with her it's a different story. One time she purposefully didn't give me my complete order and left out a burger amd when I noticed it and cam back for it a few minutes later, she refused to give it to me and told I was lying. Read moreI'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order of two Colonel Burger meals. The food was fresh, but the chicken fillet was ridiculously small - literally just a tiny piece under some cheese and tomato. I was appalled by the portion size, especially since this is my go-to meal.
When I complained to the waitress, she just apologized and didn't even offer to fix the issue. That's not good enough. I expect more from the staff, especially when it comes to handling customer complaints. It seems like she lacked the experience or training to resolve the issue properly. To make matters worse, when I jokingly asked her if she'd even eat a slice of green tomato, let alone a meal with such a small portion, she didn't even show any understanding. It felt like she was just going through the motions.
I'm still fuming about it. I expect better from a restaurant I love. You need to seriously look into increasing the portion sizes for these meals. It's just not worth it otherwise. Additionally, I think it's time to invest in better training for your staff, especially when it comes to customer service and issue resolution.
