Sunday evening I bought a pizza and the lady said they no longer had the base for the pizza, today we went but firstly wanted to ask if the speed point was working( because mostly it is not working) came back to order and the lady that was on the front on Sunday was the same that assisted us on Sunday and she gave us heeell of attitude to a point that when we later came to collect the orders she took my slip first, took my pizza and put it down by the counter and continued to assist other people, shock of my life??? I took the box and ate one slice which I was surprised by how dry the triple decker was, I was advised to add extra source when I brought that up... Got home to try and finish it but there was no flavor and it was very dry... I hope the service will improve but I don't recommend the branch since it Wan not the first time having such problems

Mbali Shezi and the rest of the team are exptional with a great vibe to set the ambiance, always with a warm smile. The food is nothing short of perfect and meets expectation with a great setup to match the taste. My only advise to management is, "don't change your staff they are amazing are the main difference from other branches."

I feel like my heart dropping over 30 minutes ordered what poor service i donā€™t think I will ever buy from them to point I asked for refund to get my money back is an issue given a pizza that I no longer feel like eating This place is not even a month open buy...
