Nando's Westwood Mall — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

I would like to leave a review on our most recent visit to the Westwood mall Nando’s (27/10/2023).

We have been loyal customers to this branch for +-8 years and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food until today.

My order of wings were : Slighty burnt Not coated properly in the basting The wings were the size of my baby finger Plated absolutely poorly

I have not seen this quality of food from you guys before and I am absolutely disappointed. To add to that my order was also served incorrectly and after the final product was still pathetic.

The cost of these wings were R100 for 10 wings,which was not worth it at all.

We left hungry and absolutely disappointed. I have emailed you guys regarding this and attached images of what you guys had served me as well as my receipt.

No Westwood, ZERO STARS last night my order did at all, about an hour it was canceled. No refund. Today I ordered again. Chicken was fine. EXCEPT THE FACT I WAS GIVEN A CHICKEN NECK. Churros were great. The cheese garlic rolls well, they not garlic at all, process cheese that was slightly melted. Tasted horibble, only one person in my household eats processed cheese. What a waste 4 rolls @ R80. Clearly you guys were out of stock on normal cheese but call me first to check if I want a substitute My 2 orders were exactly R500. To receive poor service and poor quality food. Is just so frustrating and disappointing especially that u hungry and waiting for this food, then I deal with all the complaints...

This has to unfortunately be the worst experience i have had at Nandos. After ordering i went to wash my hands before eating. No soap, no tissue paper. The half chicken and toasted garlic rolls were served. The buns were burnt black ontop. I asked the waiter to please replace it as it was badly burnt, which she did and returned with 1 good roll and the other also burnt. I began to eat the breast portion which was raw, still had like jelly under the top layer and dripping with water. I did ask for a refund and was given but I had totally lost my appetite. Definitely will not be going back there anytime soon. There was also another patron at the take away that was having an issue...
