Roman's Pizza Chatsworth — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Pathetic service from the "supervisor" Noloyiso . When she speaks to customers , it's like she doesn't want to assist , no enthusiasm whatsoever , makes a person want to cancel the order immediately and go elsewhere. She doesn't have a smile on her face when greeting customers neither does she show a welcoming nature. She acts as if we are doing her a favor by ordering from here. She really needs to be sent for some sort of training with regards to customer service or supervisor duties . She yells at customers as if we are wrong for her not understanding the order or taking it down properly. We were sitting here and watching her serve customer with such low levels of enthusiasm, it's really a bad impression on your store , and that to for someone who is a front line worker.

Romans is my regular take out for my kid ,I am known in all Romans in Durban especially Chatsworth as I am always angry because they never answer calls to order , The answering machine eats my airtime trying to order but when you walk into the shop you never ever hear the phone ring ,I asked them a few times but it's like I Don't know, I am not actually afraid of talking to them cos they might tamper with the food . Online ordering services have been down and unavailable on 2/3/4 October. Been calling the store to make alternate arrangements and have been on the line holding for more than 10min. Eventually after getting through, I'm told to order via Mr delivery.

What a useless and waste of service this store is. I don't think the employees and manager is remotely interested in working and doing business.
