Roman's Pizza Phoenix — Restaurant in KwaZulu-Natal

Service was poor, my order (along with a few other customers) sat on the counter for quite some time. Only two attendants were on duty, one was leaning on the counter while on the phone while the other was processing new orders.

Another customer and I waited for quite some time before we became frustrated and interjected so we could ask for our orders.

The attendant wasn't very polite. Once at home, with the family gathered to eat, we opened the box only to find we were not given the correct pizza.

I should have checked at the store, but I was annoyed by the service.

Disappointing...

Absolutely pathetic customer service. The door was opened and the lady from the kitchen greeted us as we entered the store, we greeted her back. We were still deciding what to have before we could even look at the menu. This guy comes and tells us so rudely, "oh we are not open yet". Absolutely pathetic and rude. If we were told nicely u know what we aren't open yet but u can feel free to look at the menu and decide, we had no problem with waiting but with service like that will never be back, you guys deserve a zero...

I placed an order on the app. When I got there for collection at the collection counter. Collections were done on the opposite side of the counter. When I get there I was ignored. Upon questioning the cashier she told me she had already told me my order is not ready. I waited and watched the order tray and my order was given to me 10mins later and it was on the tray when i questioned about it they told me it just came out now but I guess your warm pizzas come out of your oven.
