Beautiful bakes, service staff and baker super friendly but Management/Owners not very friendly and welcoming. Disappointed with that as your shopping experience should make you feel special as a customer. Thought it was my imagination on the first visit so I still attempted to go in the 2nd time to support this business but that just sealed the deal for me. I very clearly noticed behavior with other customers and it was not as welcoming and cheerful. Very disappointing. I won't support these kinds of businesses. If you as a customer are happy with purchasing from an establishment like this then it's your choice. My view is I'd rather support businesses who welcome my support and extend a cheerful greeting whether it's a smile or a simple Welcome, to ALL customers! Small shop so they can do this if...

This place is a gem. I had some time to spare while waiting on a meeting and decided to stop in at this unpretentious place for a coffee.

The cortado arrived promptly, the service was slick and friendly and the coffee itself was perfect. I ended up staying on and having a quick sandwich which was also exactly as described and delicious.

So glad we tried The fat frog. The owners were accommodating, friendly, and vibrant! The butter chicken curry was deliciously fragrant with just enough burn. Best beestings ever! Fabulous cake. Perfect coffee, what more can I say. We left with several frozen meals and will be back to this cozy but vibrant gem of a little coffee shop....
