Nando's Nelspruit Crossing Drive Thru — Restaurant in Mbombela

The worst atmosphere. The lady that handed the food over to us at the drive-through had THEE worst attitude, very cold, she did not greet us, she stared us down, didn't want to take the receipt from us, we had to reach out to where she was to give her the receipt she ashed for. Then for the second time I've purchased here, they got my order wrong. It's a shame how employees don't support their employer, by atleast doing right by the people who gave them a chance. Speak to your people. We are paying customers, we don't go to Nandos to ask for the food they cooked. We are not asking for red carpet service, just basic customer service...

I was placing an order @ the drive-thru and I must say that I was disappointed at the service I got. When placing the order I wanted the promo if the full chicken that comes with two sides. I asked them for garlic rolls as sides and the lady added to the order but failed to explain that would be an additional amount added...I asked her about it but I must say that the response I got was not satisfying. I’ve been at this Nando’s at least 4 times, all those times I asked for extra sauce and not only did I NOT get it, my chicken did not have basting sauce. I always have to park my car, walk inside and get it sauced, which defeats the whole purpose of Drive through. It’s such an inconvenience. I don’t think the workers were told that they need to sauce the chicken. Don’t even get me started about how salt-less their spinach is. The employees are so terrible at their jobs.
