Nando's Showgrounds Drive Thru — Restaurant in Msunduzi Local Municipality

On Sunday the 7th we ordered thru drive thru and we politely requested our full chicken 🐔 to be well done and emphased on that, the order was with sides Spinach Wedges and garlic rolls it was around 18:00. As we were to collect our order the other side we were requested to wait in the parking lot. We questioned that and the response was ' you have orders well done chicken' we did as we were told. On delivery of our order the lady had an attitude in such a way that she wasn't even looking at us when handing over our order shoving it thru the window I even commented that cause I remember saying to her you are looking somewhere else while giving us the order you've made us to wait for for almost 20 minutes. She just starred at me. I didn't know that the worse is still to come..

I arrived home and ate the spinach. I did not sleep of stomach cramps I ended up in casualty and I was diagnosed with food poisoning. It was off. Even as I write this I'm on treatment treating that.

Can you correct the staff attitude towards customers. Their service is very poor and please check the food especially when it late we mustn't be served food which is off. Lucky I ate that rotten spinach olone imagine if I gave my whole family that This is totally...

I always go to the scottsville branch however due to a generator issue during loadshedding the branch was closed therefore I went to the showgrounds branch,it was filled to capacity and had a drive through queue and an indoor l Queuat the tillpoibts,however the wait was not long ...and neither was the waiting time to collect the meal...which was a burger meal ...the meal was for my colleague I was just out running the errand..but he did say it was purfect and they had added extra sauce as requested and removed the garnish.. The staff were friendly and in good spirits despite being packed to capacity and with extremely hot weather...accolades to the staff and...

Sadly not the best Nando's I've had. The service was fast and friendly but the food was underdone and flavourless and the milkshakes watery. This was the second time we have tried this Nando's both results were the same. ( Bare in mind on neither occasion did we actually put in a complaint to Nando's as they were take aways and rather late at night and we should have checked before leaving, so if you would like to give this drive through a try, the staff are great but check your food before leaving).... I would like to add, since this post Nando's are very responsive and have taken the time to look into...
